6 k in one go

After my previous attempt at 6 k where I got lost and ended up running 3 k, walking for a bit until I found my bearings, then ran again for 3 k, I managed 6 k on one go today. I took some advice and took it a bit slower which helped. Averaging 7.5 minutes a kilometre. Hooray! Onto week 3 building up to 10k!

Well done to you. It's great ticking off the runs. And yes, the same rules apply as the C25K programme - slow and slower.

I'm pleased that you had another go, and conquered it this time. Well done.

Slow and steady builds the stamina.
