Well done! I believe 45 mins is the benchmark, my friend did it in 55 mins and was slightly dissapointed! as has done it faster but not done 10k for some time, so probably needs to train more for the race. I'm way behind at 1.24 but 10k was a first for me, so can only improve next time. The actual race winner completed the course in about 34 mins, that's some going!😊
