Well managed to get round the course in my 1st official timed 10K event in a time of 63m 25sec. I did track it on Strava too

The first of many I would think, now that you've got that one under your belt . I love taking part in 10k runs, the excitement just never wears off for me ! xxx

Cheers Poppypug. Yes more runs in the pipeline but just basking in the warm afterglow of my tired legs! Prob need to go out and shake the stiffness out of them tonight or go for a swim.
