warm weather phew !!

was going to run tonite but decided it was a tad warm so........got the bike out and did a 9 mile ride!! lovely...was hungry when i got back though!!

Very sensible but I bet you still felt the heat cycling! Early mornings seem to be the best time when it's hot. Getting out of bed early, the tricky bit😮!
