7 degrees here today not so much sun just felt very warm . Its great to have a little heat in the air , doesn't seem that long ago I was running in snow, sleet and heavy rain.

On another note my vo2 max is now 40 highest it's been since I got my garmin in July 2019
Excuse me for being ignorant, but what's a vo2 max? I only have a Samsung active watch, so some of the functions go right over my head!
Was great to have a run in the sun yesterday too! Feels so much nicer and I only asked myself why I am doing this 10 times, rather than the 50 or so I usually do!!
Vo2 max is on the Garmin watches I'm not sure about others. Its to do with your cardiovascular fitness , the fitter you get the higher the number, I think.😊
Congrats on your excellent vox Buddy. 😀 Mine ticked down a point today. I'll just have to try harder on Wednesday morning to get that point back. Assuming I'm still allowed 10K by then.
You know what its like you go up a point today then on your next run it drops a point.
I run on my own anyway , there was 3 times I passed people and I made sure I was over 2 meters away .
Unfortunately some don't understand what 2 meters are and will ruin it for everyone else. Though I hope not. 😊

Great effort, lovely to have warmer weather. Great vo2max, mine slowly creeping up with my longer runs but then I knock it for 6 by recording slow leisurely walks. 🤣🤣. I reached that lovely blue phase at the weekend so I'll have to be careful what I record so as not to drop back to green 🤗

I bought the ingredients (& fortunately found some toilet paper too🙈) and so all set up for baking tomorrow bu have a chicken roasting at the moment!! Lovely smells coming out the kitchen!
