Scorchio of a Parkrun! It wasnt an easy run at all and I did have to stop and walk a couple of times as I struggled with my breathing (and blooming head gremlins talking too loud!). Still it's the first 5k in the bag for my 10k in September. Happy Saturday to you all - 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

Yes I had factor 50 and a peaked had, but I was sweating so much I still have sunglasses eyes- looks like I’ve bee skiing! Ooh for a bit of snow right now ..❄️⛄️
