The only advice I can offer is to try to keep a layer of hard skin on your feet. Soft skin is more prone to blisters. Also, are your running shoes at least half a size bigger than your everyday shoes?
I don't wear anti blister socks specifically but I've always worn Nike or Asics socks and neither have given me a hint of a blister (but I do have hard skin on my feet ☹️)
Proper double layered running socks and never had a problem, my running shoes are 1 size bigger than normal shoe size, it varies. If you keep getting blister's then your running shoes could be past their best, this was happening to my wife, but when she bought new one's all was fine.. she also uses Hilly anti blister socks.. plasters didn't help, but Vaseline or compeed stick should work.
Two pairs of thin socks work well for me.
I find Vaseline is OK for shorter runs, but rubs off on the longer runs.
I use Vaseline and most running socks are pretty good. Epsom Salts is excellent in a hot bath post run. It's antiseptic and is good for aching muscles too.
Are your shoes wearing out?
