So is this a programme you are doing? Will you get from 5k to 10k in 20 runs? I've taken a haphazard approach since graduating and I curious about what others do.
It's a program that I designed actually. I will alternate inclines and speed on the treadmill and one long run on the street weekly. If I make it till the deadline ok, if not, there will be more races in the future.
