First Parkun for 4 weeks

First parkrun for 4 weeks and found it tough going today. The trail was still very muddy and slippery, but still attracted a good turn out of runners. I would recommend parkruns to anyone, they are great fun and finish up with chat over coffee at the end makes it a good morning out. My time was 28mins 32secs, and I am quite happy with that. Have a great weekend all. 😊
