Yes- you just click on them and listen. So far I have listened to the two by John (The Penguin) Bingham - he has been the Champion of the "slow running" movement which has exploded in the US in the form of "ordinary mortals" running long distance. I am now reading his book "Marathoning for Mortals"

I picked up the 80/20 book for my Kindle and been reading it over Christmas. Makes a lot of sense to do more a lard volume of Easy runs compared to hard efforts.
