Do note that three of the scans were on same machine and one was on a different one four months ago.

- celery juice in morning

- magnesium oil massaged in every day

- Omega 3 daily (begin recently)

- turmeric curcumin

Thanks for this Busymommy. It brings together a lot of things I’ve read about it and already do. I suspect you’re more disciplined about diet than me, although I never eat junk food but am not as systematic about nutrients in food. Good to see someone else’s take on supplements. If your life is as busy as your name implies, then amazing!

Busy as a bee but I’ve downloaded an app called pill reminder and treat all food as meds as well. X

Great idea to use the pill app for a food reminder, I love that!

Hi Busymommy, I too took one dose of Prolia in March - I will not take any more.

I take the following daily:

Calcium citrate 2 x 350 mg

NAKA PRO Mg12 Magnesium bisglycinate 2 x 125mg/7.5 ml

Pyridoxly-5-phosphate (B6) approx 2 x 25mg (this is to prevent loose stools - without it I dare not leave the house!)

Vitamin D3 2 x 1000IU

Vitamin K2 MK7 from Natto 100mcg

Boron glycinate 3 mg

Align Probiotic

Have you read 'Your Bones' by Lara Pizzorino? It is an excellent book. It was from there tha I read about taking Pyridoxly-5-phosphate with Magnesium - before that things were very tricky!

Good luck!

Hi. I have. Good book but a little bit in the promotional side. However most profound finding in that book was the omega 3 study w exercise. After 6 months the gain was amazing.

I haven’t managed to source boron yet.

Good job you are doing on your bone health! I have read that prunes are execellent in boron. Why do you eat apricots? And finally, I am courious to know what that study showed about Omega 3 vs exercise! (and what kind of exercise?)
