Hey guys. They were able to do the procedures and the Dr said that everything went well. He handed the varicies so they're taken care of for another year hopefully. He removed three large polyps and sent them to pathology. They said everything went smoothly do that's a load off my mind. Next is MRI on November 30th.

I've been hoping for an update - this is just truly wonderful! I'm so glad they were able to do both procedures. I hope today is a good one for you both, and keeping you in my prayers, especially for that next MRI. (If you are on FB, look me up - Wendy Kast)
Hi Wendy.Thank for the prayers and message. We just received the pathology report this afternoon. Praise God the polyps were all benign! ❤ He's been sore today but still insisted on working on getting some boards ready to use for underpinning.
Just received a copy of my video interview from Forefront. Jimmy thought I did well. I thought I was nervous and talked to fast. LOL. He said I was real and believable. Supposed to do a group discussion thing for Humanize care in a few weeks. Just received an email today from them wanting me to do an interview about unresectable HCC for a Dr. Panel training thing.
Got another set of curtains finished and ready to hang tomorrow. Jimmy's caregiver supposed to help me unpack, sort and put away/donate some more of the moving boxes tomorrow. I'm going to try some storage ideas that I saw on Pinterest.
What have you been up to since we talked? We're you able to drop off those donations?
I do have Facebook and intend to find you as soon as I finish this post. ❤❤❤
This is just tremendous news, and I know you must both be so happy! Jimmy sounds a lot like Dave - not much holds him down, does it? lol
Well darn, I wish we lived closer because organizing and unpacking and all of that is my jam - I just love it! I'm sure you will come up with some very cool storage options!
This morning I'm heading out to drop off a big bag of Dave's unused meds at a drug drop off box (these are opened bottles of things I can't donate). I still have to reach out to his cancer center to see if they want his unopened things, or if they know of a place I can take them. And I am getting ready to start writing thank you notes (I'm putting them in Christmas cards - a two birds with one stone kind of thing). I love to write - I'm sure you've figured out from my very lengthy FB posts, lol - and I used to have penpals, so I'm looking forward to writing to people and sending some snail mail. 🙂
Hi Wendy,I wish you were closer too. I'm afraid my ADD makes it hard when it comes to unpacking and organizing. A 'butterfly ' distracts me and the box is left half unpacked while I start another project. LOL 😁. I love to write too. My Daddy always said I could take a short story and make it long. ❤ Been busy Saturday since we had a nice weather day and Jimmy was feeling good. He spent half of the day up on the RV roof. LOL.
Hi BonnieThank you for the message and the prayers. Yes the pathology report was such a relief as I'm sure you can imagine. I'm glad that Andrea talked me into getting involved with the projects. Jimmy and I both feel that it's important that we are advocates not only for him and his care but in the way that HCC is treated. Hopefully make this horrible situation easier on someone else. ❤
He's has a good weekend so we spent Friday and Saturday working on the RV. We have a Celebration of Life to go to Sunday after church. He lost one of his long time friends this week. 💔.
Hope you're doing well? It's always good hearing from you.
Hello. Good to hear from you. We're hanging in there. He always cautions me not to get too excited about good tests results, etc since things can change so quickly. Says to just enjoy the Blessings and be thankful for each day. ❤❤❤Hope you are having a great weekend.
