Endoscopy 11/15/2021

Oh Yay! Nothing found! So Cancer has now been "not seen" anywhere else but in the Liver. Next comes the mapping then the Micro Ball Radiation procedure. I have Tumors in both lobes, 3 left and one right. The ones in the left are to be treated first. Then when all settles down, the right. It is very small, just about a "suspicion" at this point. Diagnosed Aug 10, 2021, here we go! Hope my journey brings hope to us all! God Bless! UPDATE today Nov 20, 2021 as follows: Dec 17, 2021 Mapping. Jan 4, 2022 rightside:Theraspheres in rightside. Fantastic news - yay is right! Here's hoping they can do the mapping and the Y-90 via the wrist - but even if they can't, the groin is usually not a problematic recovery at all. You've got this, Bill, and you're in my prayers!

God bless you and best of luck on your journey. My husband was diagnosed in April 2021. They did Y90 in left and right lobes on August 10 and August 30 2021 for multiple liver tumors. The biggest is the size of a grape. After his procedure, his AFP dropped to 14 which is very good. His cancer is located in the liver only so that is a blessing. Soon he will be going for his 2 month CT scan.

I early on was told a new treatment was now approved for HCC Liver Cancer. Therasphere Micro Glass Balls have been around and in a Study for HCC Liver Cancer quite a long time. March 2021 approved by the FDA. Magine that? Wow! evtoday.com/news/fda-approv....

Update: Feb 3, 2022 I did not have my Y-90. I tested positive for COVID. No symptoms. 5 days quarantine and 5 days of wearing a mask then clear! The Doctor will reschedule the Y-90 soon. When it rains it pours don't it? That ole devil keeps trying to get me to be mad at Jesus. Nope, devil you ain't winning. Eternity with Jesus far more appealing then a lifetime with you. Amen Y'all?

Well, darn it Bill - I'm so sorry you had to deal with Covid on top of everything else. But thankful that you were asymptomatic! Here's to getting your second Y-90 scheduled soon and for continued good results, my friend.
