Today I have had sudden diarrhoea, haven’t ate anything.

When I first started taking metforming it did give me an upset stomach and diarrhoea but I got over it about 4 weeks later.

Suddenly been loosing control over bowels like accidental trusting a trump turns out to be diarrhoea second it has happened.

Didn’t tell me anything

Hi Gem Gem - unfortunately, we can't really advise on things like this here. There are some professionals on the board, but they can't really tell you anything either without examining you. But I would agree with Concerned. Give your GP a ring. Diarrhea can be caused by many things - most not serious, but some can be a little more serious.
