🥴🥴 I bought a boxload of the teabags (not for high bp reasons) a few years back - my goodness, the taste is very tart so unless you like that kind of taste, you would need a sweetener!!

There's almost always cooked betroot in our fridge but I always buy fresh and cook it myself.

I haven't tried it though might give it a go now. I do take beetroot capsules, I'd drink beetroot juice daily if I could afford it. I use the long life packs of beetroot to chuck in soups, salads or roast veggies but I do wonder if this kind of beetroot retains the BP lowering properties 🤔

I think I have had Hisbiscus tea, but Hawthorn Berry tea worked in lowering my bp but only as long as you drink it several times a day.

I drink beetroot juice and also hibiscus tea, and it worked for me but then I love them both. I drink the tea as a long cold drink it's very refreshing.

All so-called natural remedies take such a long time to have an effect if any and I lose patience after trying them out for a time. The latest I gave up on - after about four months - is massaging with a few drops of castor oil into my navel and the area around it before bedtime! Similarly I tried and gave up hibiscus tea - and various others - over the years without discovering any effects, good or bad! However these drinks beat beer and other kinds of alcohol any day.
