Anal fistulas

Anyone get fistulas with their behcets? Doctors say it's unrelated but they only open when I have a behcets flare and close when the flare ends. I now have five holes because a new hole opens with each flare. And I have no abscesses to cause the fistulas. Had a colonoscopy and no ulcers in there

I have had issues. Don't know what they were exactly. I never saw a doc about it.I had a very large baby (20 years ago. I had my last much smaller baby naturally 2 years ago with no anal tear) and tearing that extended to my anus. Lots of stitches. It is like frankenhole (tmi) down there. I have had ulcers and bad swelling. Not often. But a few times over the years.
