I have just received my re-newel documents which includes a revision - liability - motorised vehicles, it says you are covered "while being used on a public road or in circumstances where any Road Traffic Act or similar legislation applies" does this now mean it covers pavement accidents?

As I have said before on here most household contents insurance cover the liability part but I recommended that you get a letter from them conferming it

LBenyon You will probably find that your contents cover covers the liability side of things already but not the breakdown side, That is the only reason I can see paying twiçe
