I have a day off work so my routine is a bit topsy turvey. But I am learning the importance of doing things I enjoy and mixing it up a little so they seem fresh and new. These ideas are coming from reading about mindfulness. I am reading Mindfulness for Dummies and it has some interesting ideas about changing small everyday things to make a difference.
So today I am going for walk, but being mindful and taking things in rather than just getting there and back. It's my mum's 80th birthday so I am celebrating the good things she has taught me, and giving thanks for her good health.
