The fear is creeping back...

I had a lovely day, had lunch with a friend and a bit of fun. Came home and thought noisy neighbour was moving out, there was a bit of activity and I got my hopes up. Sadly he's not, just spring cleaning, so I got a bit anxious and fearful.

Back to work tomorrow so maybe that will help. On the positive side, I did get another nice compliment today.

There are a lot of inconsiderate people where noise is concerned. I empathise with you regarding noisy neighbours, I have moved away from mine now and am very happy.

I hope your work goes well, and your out of the environment that makes you anxious.

Hope you get many more compliments it certainly lifts the soul.
