Tomorrow at 10.30 I have a meeting with a lady from Mind for an assessment about them helping me.
Feel a bit stressed today as can't think about anything else, I hate talking about all the bad stuff and I know I will get upset. I know it's something positive but get scared all the same.
Anyway hope everyone is ok, haven't been on for a week or so as just been marking time until tomorrow.

Thank you. According to their website they have mentors that help you make plans to deal with your problems and groups for computers and art etc so that you can meet other people in a similar position. I'll let you know, just want it to be tomorrow now so I can get assesment over with.
Hi Caroline
I will be thinking of you tomorrow but in my experience the building up to a first appointment is much worse than the actual appointment. They will be lovely with you and remember you don't have to do anything you don't want to do. You have taken the first big step in accepting an appointment, big deep breath and take the next one tomorrow love eve x
Hi caroline,
Try not to fret too much, try and get a good nights sleep. I hope all goes well and I'm sure you'll be fine.
Sincerely wish you luck for tomorrow the first appointment is not as bad as you think. Make sure you offload all what is troubling you i am sure it will make you feel better.
Regarding getting upset don't worry i sat crying during my consultation and believe me they are use to that. felt 10 times better afterwards.
Be thinking of you best wishes
