Just a quickie today, I have had a busy day with mum, took her to hospital for her check up.

Sorry lost connection. As I was saying busy day, I usually stay with my parents for a few days at Easter but really didn't feel like it this year. I feel guilty for not doing it but I get so anxious being away from home, so I made the selfish decision not to go. I need my routine and I haven't been feeling too bad this week. Weekend is near so I get anxious anyway and my step daughter is visiting so more stress.

Ah me just having a quick blog so tired today love hope your mums ok and speak soon sometimes the days arnt long enough when we busy and then we are suffering with our anxiety and not sleeping they are too long so cant win xxxx
