Can anyone help me. I cannotsleep early at night. I dont know what to do. Please help.

You say you cannot sleep early at night , is there a reason you have to go to bed early ? not sure how early you are talking about

One thing that can help you to get to bed earlier is making sure you get up early in a morning even when you don't feel like it you could set your alarm for 7 maybe and that way in a few days as well as keeping yourself busy during the day you will find yourself or should find yourself been able to get to sleep at night

Oh dear nothing worse. I'm experiencing bad insomnia just now, I was up 4 times during the night.

Do you get restless legs at all??

Oh no! I couldn't even sleep well last night on meds! Have you tried chamomile tea or a bedtime ritual to prepare for sleep? They say no tv or computers or cell phones etc before bed. I'm so guilty of tv and phone before bed and I think it interferes with my sleep. Best of luck to you 💛
