Hi Daffodil, I take the same dose as you and I didn't know they were supposed to help you sleep. Still I suppose all moods contribute to rest. I too do notice if I have missed 1! so I had to get one of those pill boxes with days of the week on lol Love x Ella x

No the tablets have stopped me sleeping but a week back at work and drinking the tea recommended by Minnie seems to be doing the trick. Falling into a more natural sleep pattern and very slowly seeing improvments. However I still get days where I feel fed up and nothing is going right, poor motivation but less and less of those. I was feeling guilty if I had days like that, feeling I should be active and doing something which is what I use to be like, but now I feel it doesn't matter. If I have a bad day and do nothing, what the hell. Maybe part of my problems were trying to do everything and not relaxing and having me time.
