Swap from Citalopram to Sertraline...

I have recently in the last few weeks swapped from Citalopram to Sertraline. I have found that it has really helped with my anxiety levels, but not so much on my mood. Anyone got any advice on what can help lift my mood WITHOUT changing meds as these really help my anxiety!

Hi there,

I was on Setraline and helped me turn a corner but taking an increased dosed had side affects. I similar to you didn't want to start all over again with a new AD. I spoke to my DR and he gave me an additional drug called Progablin, its supposed to accelerate the affects of Steraline. A bit like a safe drug cocktail. Unfortunately for me it sent me zombie like but this is not the case for everyone. You will know within a day or less if Progablin will help you.

Speak to your Dr and discuss it with him/her. I hope this has been of some help.
