I am back.

First off all I just wanted to thank all of you for the comments that you left on my blog, and thank you to all the people that sent me messages. It has been a very hard few months for me and i have been trying my best to deal with the things that are giving me the most stress.

Tomorrow is a big day for me as i am going to see the IAPT service for my first meeting with them

It is a start and i can not wait for it.

I have still been reading all you blogs and I am so so sorry that i have not posted but I have not been in the best place for the last week or so, I found it better not to talk much and just keep my head down and stay out of the way of people.

So thank you all again for all your help and comments,I hope you are all keeping well.

Yes I am sure your cats will be welcome , are they OK round monkeys as we have some very cheeky ones in there
