HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

Hi I am getting desperate now,I have been taking Sertraline for 8 weeks 4 on 50mg 1 on 75 now 3 on 100mg. I am still waking up with anxiety & it can last till the evening. How long does it take till I feel some relief? Anybody?

I know for me it took about 1 month on the 100 mg tablets for me to start feeling anything and I also started on the 50 Mg tablets for a month before that. I guess you don't really feel it hit you or anything, you just start noticing that the days are passing and you are not feeling as anxious. I hope you feel a little better soon. xo Cass

other then taking meds what else are you doing to combat the anxiety?

Hi,I have had some CBT & am waiting for some more,also read the clair weeks book & trying to put some of that into practice.
