I have come across a website called No More Panic. It has a forum, with useful stickies on stuff to help with a panic attack. Also has local meet ups listed if anyone is interested.

It's a terrible site ...I went there once and there are some proper nasty customers who run it .

Turns out they are a hard-core group of people who have been on there for years who control what is said. They have some very weird ideas : )

No thanks ,

Vince : )

Oh dear, I only had a quick look round. I found they had a useful set of stickies re health anxiety, social anxiety, depression, medication - why headaches aren't brain tumours, why a racing heart isn't a heart attack etc. Perhaps people can just take a look, no need to post, just see if one can take away anything useful. Sorry that was your experience Vince.

Thanks Rose. As I said, I thought the stickies at the top of threads were really useful, listed near enough every symptom under the sun for anxiety etc and had lists of common questions.
