My GP prescribed this for me a few months ago, it's very good so wanted to recommend it for anxiety. It's normally prescribed as an antihistamine but also used in the treatment of anxiety too. Helps with sleep too which is always an added bonus!

Thank you. Anxiety is crippling, I have GAD, Lyrica (pregablin) did the job for a while but had a bad episode last August.
