Amazingly before xmas I had the dredded neurovirus, was so poorly but completely handled it, no panic, no worries, was home alone for most of it as partner was working away and parents were on holiday, and apart from feeling like crap, was absolutely fine! Then yesterday had severe high chest pains & a horrible pain in my neck, saw my GP and i have inflammed cartilage and tissue on the right side, uncomfortable but paracetmol really help........... Then BAM! Savage anxiety attacks, all my normallity and everything else gone to pot! More peed off than anything, and very cross with myself for feeling like this! Not happy ;( Anyone else sympathise with this??

Totally. I had flu just into the new year with really high temp. and then a couple of big full on nighttime panic attacks which I haven't had for ages. Am obviously run down as have damaged shoulder and now have tonsillitis and my mind is zooming all over. So annoying. As we don't have enough to contend with at the mo!!!

Hope you feel better soon

I find being ill very difficult sometimes especially feeling sick as it brings on a full blown panic which is torture when ur feeling sick as well.

Hi Ella,

I've drunk gallons of lemon and ginger tea though!!! Tonsils are getting better. Unfortunately the bug has spread to my ears - it's an energetic little thing, you have to give it credit!!! Big day tomorrow but after that if I'm still ill I'll have to give up and go for antibiotics.

Hope you're ok

Love
