Pressure in temple

Over last few days I've been having a pressure like feeling in my temple it doesn't hurt it's more of a annoying dull ache, when I go to sleep its goes and soon as I wake starts coming back, starting to worry me now it's something horrible have got a lol bit of bunged up nose and feels like I'm Swallowing flem could it be to do with a cold????

Hi Love, Yes it could easily be to do with your cold. Sounds like pressure of your sinus building up. Inhaling steam may loosen it or a decongestant from the chemist. If it carry's on I would visit GP love for more advice Love from x Ella x

I've been to the docs this morning he said inhale etc, prob just a build up told him had it for nearly a week now n he reckons its nothing to worry about, I'm just being my usual self and worrying he's missed something xx
