Yeah was worried about u. glad 2 hear ur feelin better. not doin 2 bad, jst gettin 2 the end of that sickness virus, had it frm not lst saturday but the previos 1, lasted a really long time musy b cause im run dwn but its now really upset my stomache, set of my ibs + acid reflux really bad, hav flt so ill wiv it, not goin 2 the loo plus can feel my throat burnt wiv the acid.+ strugling 2 eat cause its causin nausea + migrains but hav bin 2 the docs + got some meds. really peed off wiv the professionals somtimes they can b real know it alls, even though i caught the virus of my friend + hav also passed it on 2 my mum he tried 2 blame it on anxiety. i know the difference btween anxiety related illness + full blown sickness virus were u cnt get out of bed. ive also tld him i cldnt take the venaflexine + hes put me on an old fashioned sedatin 1s in which i wanted, as only put me on a very low dose bcause of my intolerence 2 meds but still im much more hopful about these, i didnt want 2 try another ssri or anything similar as u know wot i went through as u did of the prozac. am feelin more hopful at the moment but its always at bck of my mind that my mood can flip at the drop of an hat but at lst 4 the moment im tryin 2 make steps 2wards recovery. sorry 2 learn u hvnt bin well urslf but glad ur feelin better or at lst better than u were. my real name is leeanne so u can refer 2 me as this. godbless.x

Hi Leeanne love, thank you so much for your lovely message! Yes I was under water for a while then but have come back up now, hopefully a bit more informed as well as I am aware of how my body is reacting. I can look back now and see how far I have come in a few short months. Learning to face and accept has shortened the period of depression, although I'm not there by a long chalk!. I now understand what causes the crap feelings that horrify me and am nowhere near as scared as I was. Cutting short the adrenaline that is produced does make such a big difference Leeanne. Even though I haven't posted a lot during the last few weeks I have been reading and praying for everyone. You are a little star and thank you again for caring so much Lots of Love x Ella x

Glad 2 hear ur feelin better ella. mental illness is like that so up + dwn, im not feelin as bad as wen in brkdwn mode but its still hangs over me bcause im so up + dwn wiv my emotions i know it can come bck at the flick of a switch. the more u do feel better the more the fear shld lesson but its still very hard wen ur in the midst of it but try 2 look fwards 2 recovery + stay calm. kindest regards leeanne.x

We are all at different stages with this , some recovered , some having more good than bad days , others having a rough time , from your posts you have been having a rough time , yet whenever you can you try to give hope to others & make them feel good

Thanku 4 ur kind words whywhy. know how bad i feel i still like 2 hlp other people as i found the 3 of u 2, plus many others, no matter how bad we feel we still try 2 hlp + plus it can hlp us 2 keep occupied. i do the every1 on ere is luvly people(hence the reason were sensitive + on ere). wen i was really bad the 3 of u hlped me so much + i didnt realise u were sufferin that bad bcause of how u hlped people so much, so i found it upsettin wen i realised but hope u all feel much better soon.x
