Feeling anxious again today. Had a diazepam but still feel agitated and hot and cold. I also suffer from a chronic pain condition which is giving me bad groin pain at the moment. I hate feeling like this and am looking into hynotherapy and am toying with the idea of trying to see a CPN again.
Sorry you seem to be having a bad day , happens to us all , anxiety comes with up's & downs
I have a condition that makes me have pain & when the pain is bad & I am trying to deal with that , I have noticed my anxiety levels go up , maybe this might be part of the reason you are feeling as you do today ?
Not got any ideas on hynotherapy , except for years ago , cant remember exactly what I went for , but i was so anxious it didnt work on me i was sat there still looking at him , turned round & my friend had gone under instead lol !!! so that was my 1st & last time with that experience
CPN could be a good idea along with seeing your GP , always think your GP is a good place to start
Dont no if this will be any help , but just wanted to say you are not alone , keep posting

Hi. angel. What strength Diazepam are you on? Agitation does sometimes need a little extra. Talk to your GP as soon as you can. Hot and cold; yes, I know. We have all been there and it is a classic symptom of anxiety. All you can do, apart from medication, is to stop fighting and fretting about it. It is perfectly normal IN THE CURCUMSTANCES. Your circumstances of fear and agitation. ACCEPTANCE will not immediately result in peace, but if you try you may feel a little peace at first. The beginning of recovery. The physical symptoms occur then fear enters the picture. It must do for anxiety to be present. Without fear there would be no problem
(I know, obvious, but it takes some understanding). Oh yes, you will recover, rest assured. But it takes time. Try any therapy that you feel comfortable with. But DO something that will prevent you brooding over the symptoms. Go with it. Best of luck. jonathan.
