Recently I've been suffering with shakes when i go to bed and its starting to effect my lifestyle and its getting me really down. Just wondering does anyone know how to help clam down the shakes and also feel like something bad is going to happen?! X

Try relax and I highly remmonded you to buy chamomile herbal tea (waitrose tea pig) as it really help you to relax and calm your mind, for now, open the window, let the cold air go on your face, take deep breath then put lamp on, turn light off and try relax by lying down and think good things then make yourself a nice cuppa before go to bed and reminding yourself you will get through it and you won't die!! Try not to stress or make yourself more panic or worry ok? Xx
