Has anyone had hypnotherapy to cure anxiety?

I've had a consultation this week and start hypnotherapy in the new year. I know it's not guaranteed to cure me but I want to give it a go.

Has anyone else tried this?

Hi. Sorry no one has come back to you yet but it would appear that no one has tried this therapy. Like all therapies it may or may not suit you. I know that is stating the obvious but until you give it a go you wont know. I have certainly not heard anything untoward about it. I suppose if you are put under (whatever that means) and can get some relief by talking it out then it must be good. Look forward to hearing from you again to let us know what it is like.
