I usually like to try and see that everyone gets a response - even if it's only to reassure, or acknowledge to, someone that they've been heard as I hate to see "no comments" after a post.
There are so many helpful people on here I like to think I can give something back.
I'm very low at the moment and I'm having to step back for a bit.
regards,
sandra.

Hi Ladygrey. What lovely words, "giving back". That, to me, is what it is all about. Having been helped then we can "give back" through our experiences. There is a lot of suffering out there and reassurance is often required again and again. Jolly good luck to you. Hope you are feeling better. jonathan.
Hello, id like to say I read these blogs everyday and feel inspired by peoples goodness that they want to help. Thanks to everyone who cares x
Hi Sandra. So do I. Any blog is usually a call for help and a few reassuring words can make all the difference. When there is "no comment" then the person on the other end can get the impression that they are not worth answering. I am sorry to hear you are going through a bad patch. Join the club! I am getting over a rotten cold so am also feeling a bit low, but only a bit, thank goodness. Hope to hear you are better soon. jonathan.
Hi Sandra like you I pop in everyday to see how we're all getting along I like to answer if I can with a bit of encouragement and let someone know they'r not on they'r own and if they have a symptom that could be anxiety but I always recommend a visit to the drs if they havnt been already iv had the symptoms on and off for yrs because I toughed it out I wish I'd got help earlier. I used to be the one family members came to if they were in trouble or ill and pour it all out they usually left feeling great but i was shattered they didn't know how bad I was myself that's how well I hid it I finally broke about 2 yrs ago and all the tricks of anxiety hit me at once panics depression anxiety all off them I was feeling as low as You could be but I got help and ime coming out of my hole and we all can you won't get rid of all your anxiety problems some anxietys good some of its bad we have to learn to cope with the bad and turn it round I hope you'll feel better soon and like you if we all keep an eye out for each other some people can take something good I hope from our experiences and I for one will always read every blog or question and answer unless I'm having a bad time but I wish us all well on our road to feeling better Mel
