In July 2011, we released a Smartphone Application called Stress Tips that included tips from people from all walks of life on how they manage their anxiety. This year, the charity has expanded on the app to include a new set of options that will be of use to anyone who wants to know more about anxiety or for those who are seeking support. Stress Tips is officially released today to coincide with World Mental Health Day in an effort to help raise awareness that anxiety can be treated – that those affected needn’t suffer in silence.

New features include:

DIY Diagnosis

Get Help/Give Help

Record Tips

Manage Recordings

Donate

Stress Tips is available for 69p on Android and iPhone devices by visiting either the Android Marketplace or iTunes and searching for Stress Tips.
