I thought it would be really good for everyone to write down one (or more if you like) positive things you will do this weekend. It could be anything you find enjoyable, reading a book, cooking something, some form of exercise... I think we should log them on here and really make the effort to do them. I know some people are feeling a lot of anxiety at the minute and if so, really push through and do something that brings you joy. We deserve to treat ourselves and sometimes anxiety makes us forget what makes us happy.
I'll start
Tomorrow I am going to do some Yoga and am going to clean and declutter my house from top to bottom.

I am seeing friends at lunch time and friends for dinner - both of which are in my worst panic place of restaurants but I am looking forward to them both! So far have had a productive day so I am feeling positive! Hope everyone else manages to find at least one positive point to their weekend!
After a wiring problem in my workshop (now fixed) I am going to get the shelfs put back, put away all the bits and pieces and get ready to make my eldest (6) a new bookcase which I hope to start tomorrow. Good luck to all that try and do something positive, it is important. To everyone that tries to, but fails, set your sights a litle lower. Its better to achieve something small rather than fail at something ambitious.
