I need some answers an I can't get a straight answer or help! I have a severe phobia of meds of any kind what to do ?

I'm sorry u re not well.have u seen a doctor?therapy?u need to go the root of the problem..And also why u need to take mess for?when and how did it all starts?x

i have the same problem, can't even take a painkiller for a headache x

Good morning everyone yes I have seen doctor an therapist they want me to take an anti depressant for anxiety an saying I'm se depressed well who wouldn't be with anxiety my thing is then they need to show me how to get over the phobia of meds.. I'm just frustrated!!! Have a blessed day. X
