after nearly thirty years suffering from anxiety problems and this week painc attacks reaching acute stages its time to try and deal with this, its ruining my life. hard to be positive but gotta be

Absolutely!!! Rest assured, no matter how long you've suffered from a problem with anxiety it canbe overcome!!

cheers, have kept it hidden from 95% of people for so long because of embarassment but that itself is making it worse. its hard to have full time job and two kids and living with it but reading other peoples stories we all have our cross to bear and positive thinking is so important. Hope you well

Hi Jellyfish, you go for it :) I always say acknowledge it, let it happen and get on with your day. Prove to your body that it's nothing to panic about.

I hope you do beat it. Your post sounds determined :)
