I don't know the answer but I'm sorry you are finding things tough xx
Thanks
I always thought when my mum cried she was trying to get her own way. But my tears are in private and with no sound.
Hi sorry you're feeling like this, Sometimes anyone can cry for no reason, just to themselves because they are feeling low... emotions sometimes just want to express themselves and we don't always have control over that. Otherwise it may be a form of depression so you could talk to someone about it? Is anything specifically upsetting you?
AnneQueen I feel for you hun, I do this a lot and my GP told me it is mild depression (add that to my anxiety) is sometimes when I feel sad my tears starts falling off, is just a way of letting your sadness go in a way, nothing wrong with that, but if you have it more often maybe you consider visiting your GP, although it doesn't change anything, he will just ask you if you want to take tablets, will ask you to exercise and get rid of the reasons that are upsetting you in your life.
could it be that you don't like your way of life now? do you live on your own? missing someone? do you like your job? many question you have to ask, maybe you crying at night not liking that the morning will bring the same thing you hate on a daily basis? don't pressure yourself nothing worth it hun!!!
please let me know if you have any more questions
xx
I have GAD and on medication but that does not sort the cause. I always worry about some thing over and over. I had to put my dog the sleep over a month ago but she miss her so much I cry every day. I have changed my job 6 times in the last year due to redundant.I have 3 boys 2 at university and one looking to go September next year.I love my job but feel bullied by a person in the office. I have been happily married for 22 years so why all this?
I had a bit of a breakdown after jury service and sending 3 lads to prison and never got over it. My crying in the morning is because i dont want to go down stair because my dog is gone.
Hi,
Poor you, I think you have answered your own questions, you are going, and have been going through a particularly bad time in your life.
Changing jobs is stressful, losing your boys to University, empty nest syndrome? Being bullied at the office, and to top it all your poor dog has gone to doggie heaven.
All these stresses play havoc with our minds and bring on anxiety/depression.
Try to think of some positives in your life, like the love of a good man, three clever lads that will bring you much pleasure and anything that makes you feel good, exercise, reading.
I wish you well.
Hi, I want you to know you're not the only one who does this. I cry for no reason. Its a release, it helps you feel better because it releases chemicals to help you feel happier. You may not feel it but you're probably stressed and just want to feel better about everything. I hope you feel better soon and if you ever want to talk send me a message xx
same here.mate
