I have been ocd for many years and in the last 5 years I have also developed being hypercondriac about health which gives me anxiety. I self diagnose off google all the time which takes control of me.
whats the best way to get out of this zone???

I would definately not google to self diagnose as that might be reassurance seeking which might not be beneficial in the long term. If it was helpful in the long term would you have to keep doing it? I think the Health Anxiety book from the overcoming series will be a good resource for you.
even if I go to the doctors I don't believe them until I have seen several different doctors to put my mind at rest/reassure (I have even changed doctors several times!!). This is due to probably convincing myself I have something more off the net.
