I am on Citalopram and take it morning time. And quetiapine at night time (makes me super drowsy)

Do you have any side effects from the Prozac? I hear that some people prefer to take it morning time as it makes them more alert.

I take Seroxat which is also an SSRI like Prozac and I take it in the morning too.

have you ever tried it in the eveing? x

Greengrape that's the word I was looking for SSRI!! Yes I was told to take mine in the morning as it would disturb my sleep. I have forgotten one or twice and taken it in the evening and then been restless, but the Quetiapine knocks me out.

I would recommend u speak with ur doc and give morning a go. I have started to do meditation in the evenings before bed and have a whole bedtime strategy which really helps (quetiapine can give me night terrors so relaxing before helps)

I have a bath at the same time each evening, have a warm milk with saffron or nutmeg or a herbal tea, then I do 20-30 minutes relaxation/meditation in bed.

Download SleepStream 2 if you have an iphone or download AnxietySlayer podcasts listen to them in bed curled up and comfortable and hopefully that should help soothe you to sleep. I have now programmed myself to relax when I hear the voices of the Anxiety Slayers so anytime I am stressed or anxious I listen to them and it really calms me.!

Good luck

xx

I used to take prozac 50mg in the morning as recommended by my doctor.
