Hi Join the club of today think a lot of us are feeling low today.I have just had a cup of cammomile tea didnt like it but have drank it and I am feeling quite calm now.Your not alone chat anytime
HI girls, cammomile tea is great for relaxing when your anxious, i leave the teabag in the cup while im drinking it and if im really shakey i put to teabags in. havnt found anything that really helps me when im really depressed though?????
