Sertraline timeline

Hi what has everyones timeline been with 150mg sertraline when did you all start feeling better and how did you know you were starting to see light at the end of the tunnel im 14 weeks on 150mg

I’ve given them a go, but can’t honestly say they haven’t helped. I am now on day 4 of mirtazapine, doc said they work quicker & help with sleep, take one before bed. I think they are helping already 🤞
