I am so sick of the constant negative self talk. Constantly worried about how I look and how I come across. I worry I am boring, too quiet and everybody can tell I am socially awkward. I work in a busy environment with loads of people and those with high professions. Anybody else have these thoughts and find medication useful? Please leave a comment. Thank you.

medication is useful for me, it changing the place I worked helped more. Rejection sensitivity is huge for me. I need reassurance and it took going through several jobs before I found one that helps.
I’ve always been told that medication and therapy are usually the best course of action. I’m doing DBT and medication. Another thing that helped me is reading the book small talk by the adhd_love couple on you tube. These helped me refrain my self talk.
