Could be DOMS delayed onset of muscle soreness cause ur shoulders, upper back and arms all got fatigued. It usually happens two days after or three days after. Try drinking water and if you have a muscle roller it is really helpful. 🙏🏻

very normal. We are purposely damaging our muscles so they can rebuild better with the exercise. Give it a couple days and try again. Slower exercises without maxing weight is the way to go. Don’t overdo it.

Absolutely you will have upper body aches and pains after exercising your upper body, it happens to us all. That’s why you take a day or two off afterwards to give your muscles time to recoup..

Keep up the good work:) It’s good for you:):):)
