Yes I am not too bad thank you much better than I used to be

I joined an exercise class 2 years ago and it's really changed my life and when my anxiety kicks in I have exercises that I can turn to and it helps so much

I love your garden and I hope you have many happy hours in it

I am off out in our garden in a mo to plant some plants I bought yesterday

I find gardening huge therapy for me

Hi I totally agree that's why I love to pot around in my garden it helps keep my mind clearer and just think on what I'm trying to do once summer is here I think I will be outside all the time , I still have my front garden to do but that one I just keep tidy as I don't sit in that one . Hope you have a good day in your garden

Oh that's lovely as you sound positive Oh won't it be great to be out in our gardens in the summer

I loved doing the front garden this morning not only out in nature but seeing neighbours stopping for a chat

The red kites were up in the sky I love the cry they make

Good luck with your cbt I'm sure it will help as they say "it's good to talk"
