My anxiety is bad today ,I can feel it in my stomach, I can't cope with stress anymore, I so wish family would would understand an d stop coursing trouble , I always get to know ,I've now decided to cancel christmas for both of my boys who are both special needs and in 30s ,I just can't do this anymore 😢
