Day 4 back on medication and i really cant remember feeling this bad before 🤦‍♀️ waking in the night with panic attacks. Sweating all the time, really really struggling to see and end to this living hell 😩

I hope you can to be in the most supportive environment possible while you adjust, parents, friends or even hospital if needed. All I can say is adjusting to psych drugs can be shit but mostly it makes things much better and the alternative (i.e. saying no to meds is sometimes worse). I hate having to take a drug but if it is a case of a drug with mostly short term side effects or uncontrolled anxiety, I say give me the damn pill. I hope you feel better soon.

You might check out the youtube and website of the DARE Anxiety approach, there is also a book available which I found very helpful for how to deal with panic/anxiety.
