a few weeks ago I got myself in a proper mess I thought I felt something in my throat and I slipped straight back to my old ways pressing poking concentrating on my swallowing etc everytime I opened my eyes in a morning it was the first thing I thought about, and stayed on my mind, tried so hard to stop thinking about it and managed a few days of pretty much normal, yesterday it slowly started to come back the exact same fear for no reason, Ive just woken from a bad dream red hot, dizzy, concentrating on my throat
I’m so tired of this, I don’t no how to stop obsessing

You might check out the website/youtubes of Paige Pradko and also Mathew Codde at Restored Minds, they both are therapists who had health anxiety/OCD, healed themselves and now help other heal. They both offer good advice and information.
I am hoping if I get my general anxiety under control that might also calm down health anxiety . I wish you luck in getting your health anxiety under control i've not managed it yet.
